"Over the winter I have been working to give my Gsxr some TLC which ment getting alot of parts from Jeff at the parts dept. I couldn't have asked for better service. Jeff was right on top of everything I asked from him and remembered who I was and what I was working on so I didn't have to explain myself evertime I walked in. "While out on a ride yesterday, I realized that I had a broken heat shield clamp on my Cobra pipes on my VTX1300.
Since your dealership was nearby I figured I would stop by and see if there was anything I could use temporarily, not expecting much since they are non-stock pipes.
Matt, in parts, spent the time to look in the catalog to see what I could use but unfortunately had nothing in stock. He did, however, suggest I go to the service area and see what they might have laying around.
The great guys in service happened to have a couple of these very clamps left over from another job.
I was very pleased and asked how much for them.....I was greeted with a smile and "no charge".
YOU GUYS MADE MY FREAKIN' DAY! Thanks, and I will be back! You have certainly changed the way I look at dealerships!"

"I just purchased a VTX 1300 in March 2007. I got a great deal. The salesmanship was wonderful. They did their best to give me that great deal. And when I walked away I was satisfied. But...,I had it for three days when I noticed the oil light was coming on. Tom Clark Motorsports changed the oil & oil filter for me, checke the oil to make sure it was clean at no cost. And with no hassles. They had taken full responsability for it. No questions asked. This is why that so far I have bought 6 Motorcycles off of them in the past 4 years. Both street and trail. I wouldn't go anywhere else. "
